Some very helpful photos of the Dark Spectacle, Col. Not one I've seen, yet, but I'll look out for one now I know what to look for!

Hi Col. I checked all my shots of Spectacle over the last 4 years. They are all Spectacle and no dark Spec's but I think it was well worth a double check.
I'm trying to improve with photo's of the micro's as well but they are a tricky bunch.
I see you have an increasing number of great shots on the Yorkshire Moths site as well now. I keep coming across them. Stunning.
since my original lens bust - two fingers to Canon UK Repair Centre - the current arerangement on a standard throw it at a burglar non stabilised lens seems to have yielded a better DOF with slightly more light so I i might keep using it
