The large discal spots,chequered veins and pale thoractic spots look good for Golden rod but its a Pug and pugs need close examination to be sure...
What date was it Colin and what food plant was it on.??
Hi Andy 01 May 2015 Found at Cromwell Ho Car Park there where recently planted flower boxes in vicinty as well as other likely host plants so difficult to say the plant source ventured into van in and was settled due to cool weather
