Lee Mount - 17th Nov

Not much in or around the trap lately but one half-decent night on 17th
Feathered Thorn x 2
Red-green Carpet x 1
Brick  x 1
Mottled Umber x 3
Winter Moth x 1

Light-brown Apple-moth on 16th and a Satellite on 13th

Also a Peacock Butterfly was reported flying around someones house near the hospital on 17th. Apparently they took it in a box to Manor Heath thinking it might go in the butterfly house. Thankfully staff there found a cool outhouse and left it nectering on some fruit. Hopefully it's found a spot to hibernate by now.

Not bad nights there David. Don't get many light brown apple moths I think we are to high up and close to moorland here. The Moors are lovely when you see all the Lapwings, curlews and redshanks on them!
