Angle Shades, Phlogophora meticulosa
I discovered an Angle Shades - Phlogophora meticulosa on the wreath on our door at dinnertime. I'd looked all round the door at 8 am, I didn't expect to find one on the ribbon like that. Still it's at a good height for photography. They really are handsome moths.
