soil hill caterpillars


yesterday whilst walking up to soil hill i found about four of these wolly bear caterpillars climbing on the road. i find this quite worrying becuase, will they survive the winter and crysalis in time??

Dont worry dish fish nature is a wonderful thing.I think this may be a Muslin Moth cat (not 100% sure)They are about till september but this warm spell could be keeping them active.
