Ogden

I found this along the footpath behind the reservoir lodge this afternoon. Looks like a Fox Moth caterpilllar which had probably been fairly recently trodden on along the footpath - with some of the tail end missing. SE06558 30559.

Been an amazing year for Fox Moth Caterpillars,I've found quite a few squashed on footpaths too,due to their habit of basking on paths.
