I think Ruby Tiger given the date it was found. The photo is not large enough to be sure from the photo alone.

I used to find lots of Ruby Tiger cats around Febuary/March depending on how far the season was progressing. They over-winter as full grown cats and nip out on sunny days to bask on the tops of grass clumps and the like late morning sunshine. CB was always a likely spot on the first sunny days in early spring tp find the first of the year.
