Ragwort

The ragwort in the Craggs last night was full of feeding  moths of many species (Smoky Wainscot , Suspected , Wormwood Pug , White Plume , Buff footman , Dotted Clay , Mother of Pearl etc) .If any one knows a field/s full of Ragwort at the moment please leave a comment below.

There used to be a field in Heptonstall, above He'll Hole quarry; you could see it from the parking area by the bowling club. I seem to remember ragwort was an issue but not been there for a couple of years.

Masses of them in a field opposite Black Boy Farm on Turner Lane (cinder track from Claremount.) Fields at SE0991726842
We passed them earlier this week.
