I have had the trap out for the last 3 nights down here in Hebden Bridge in the hope of either 1) Canary-shouldered Thorn 2) Frosted Orange or 3) Sallow sp. with the following results
26 Sept - 2 Caddis flies :-(
27 Sept -
Common Marbled Carpet 1
Large Yellow Underwing 1 :-(
28 Sept -
Large Yellow Underwing 5
Ypsolopha sequella 1
Canary-shouldered Thorn 1 :-)

Canary Sh Thorn is always a gem.
Last night in Northowram saw my first Blair's shoulder knot(3)of the year with Copper Underwing(3)Mouse Moth(1) Angle shades(1)Common Marbled(6)Autumn green(1)Red Green(1)spruce(1) carpets,Black rustic(2) and Light BA Moth(2)
Glad you got one of your target species!
It's very quiet here too and I haven't run he trap for a few nights now, tonight though looks mildy better so fingers crossed.
Nice 1,its one of those moths you always want to see .
