One to Look out for this month................

This is a Smoky Wave  I found on Marsden Moor yesterday there were about 30 + . Its rare in Calderdale with very few recent records. Its seen around heather and bilberry ,and looks white when its flushed , most other day flyers at the moment look brown.. It has been recorded all over Yorkshire in large numbers at the moment.............

I tried for this one at Cold Edge this afternoon - plenty of heather and bilberry in places - but didn't get a show.
