Lee Mount

Last night 4th June -another reasonable night though 2 moths are giving me problems.!

This top one is perhaps a Wave ? - with some pale yellow cross lines I can't get to grips with and couldn't get the size measurement as it was just under the Perspex.

This second one would not keep still - so I had to try get shots on the move. Quite a largish dark moth maybe similar size/different shape to a Peppered Moth which it sparred with briefly but it didn't look like 'Peppered'. Hard to see much detail on the wing though with a pale underwing ! Any thoughts welcome. !

Below, a nice Peppered Moth

Last nights totals in addition to the two not identified
Flame Shoulder x 1
Common Pug x 1
Diamond-back Moth x 1
Small Magpie x 1
Common Swift x 1
Brimstone x 1
Small Phoenix x 1
Clouded Silver x 1
Peppered Moth x 1
L B Apple Moth x 1
