Small Tortoiseshell caterpillars

Between Ogden golf course and Mixenden Reservoir I found several groups of these caterpillars on Common Nettle. Some still showing remnants of the communal web. Pretty sure these are Small Tortoiseshells though three larger caterpillars on the top photo could well be Peacock (?)
