For those who may be interested, I was in Physio at Spire hospital today, they were very pleased with my progress. Afterwards, I decided to walk down to the main road and catch a bus to Halifax. I had dinner in Weatherspoon's, then got a bus back to the village. I wanted to prove to myself that I was getting some independent travel back, I was very pleased with myself. I'm still in a lot of pain, but at least my strength is returning. Onward and upward!
