Essex Skipper...????


 The next new butterfly species to be confirmed in Calderdale could well be Essex Skipper , they are now being recorded in Saddleworth so very close...keep an eye on those Small Skippers and good luck......A good photo is essential .....

HAd about 5 together at Hollas Bridge on sat ...all Small Skippers,,,its not that difficult to see the line on males...then you need to get the black antenna ...
