Rishworth - 10th July - Overnight Moths

Having not trapped, or had a dry night for 8 days the trap went out on the cold, clear night last night was. Surprising results really.

Moth Trap 10th July:
Latticed Heath x1 [NFG] - Nice to see. I was glad to know there is enough wildflower and meadow to hold this species.
Small Fan Footed Wave x2 [NFG]
Uncertain x1 [NFG]
Purple Clay x1 [NFG]
Mottled Beauty x1 [NFG] - Looking at the M.Beauty vs W. Beauty picture I think this species.
Large Yellow Underwing x5
Poplar Hawk Moth x1
Green Carpet x1
Ingrailed Clay x1
True Lovers Knot x1 - A great moorland moth to me.
