I'm quite tempted to take you up on some of these, how big would the receptacle have to be to start off? Don't have any large storage jars at mo.

a big jam jar will suffice for now. they grow to 10cm so will need bigger. I can get plastic sweet jars next week. 5 more insects have emerged overnight! Could you come to pick some up in Hebden? contact winstonplowes@googlemail.com
